Senior Research Fellow, Ansgar Koene joined EY Global (Ernst and Young) as Assistant Director with the AI Lab at the beginning of June.  EY is a leading professional services firm – committed to building a better working world and having recently shifted its historical business focus towards consulting.  Ansgar will be acting as AI Regulatory Advisor on the Trusted AI program, engaging with national, regional and international policy making bodies to move from high-level ethical principles to practical trusted AI. As part of this agenda he will also lead the development of a suite of AI education tools.

We wish Ansgar well in his new role and are delighted that he will remain with us here at Horizon one day a week.
