Symeon Dionysis, from the CDT 2017 cohort, earned his PhD in 2022. His research explored the challenges of implementing blockchain technology in supply chain management, with a particular focus on product traceability.
Symeon is currently a research fellow in FinTech at Nottingham Business School and has transitioned from psychology to shaping the future of financial technologies. In a case study by the University of Nottingham, Symeon shares insights on his interdisciplinary journey through digital economies, his passion for mentoring and the importance of combining industry experience with academic research.
