Before We Disappear is an interactive film created by filmmaker Richard Ramchurn, Principal Investigator overseeing Horizon’s Co-Production Campaign project ‘Adaptive Interactive Movies’. The film is set in the year 2042 – the UK having become a tropical region with floods, fires, storms and civil unrest all the norm. Before We Disappear stars actress/writer Jessica M Milford. Jessica talked to us about being involved in the research project and her visit to the Cobot Maker Space – a vibrant robotics lab at the University of Nottingham – where the film was created.
Broadway Cinema in Nottingham will be screening ‘Before We Disappear’ as part of a two day workshop being organised by Live Experimental and Digital Diversification programme (LEADD:NG)
