Artcodes is working with The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust to run workshops with teenagers and young adults to introduce them to a high-quality, artistic experience, ensuring accessibility to a wide spectrum of people and appropriateness for the hospital environment.
We want to engage with those spending time on the Teenagers and Young Adults (TYA) unit in a digital and creative process, resulting in new material and culminating in the public display of this material. The aim is to also relieve some of the stress and boredom of the hospital environment and create a high-quality interactive project, sensitively incorporating participants’ creative input as a group effort. Workshops are also being supported by Sutton Council.
