Celebrating Ahmed Al-Talabany’s PhD Achievement!

We are delighted to share that Ahmed Al-Talabany, a member of our 2016 cohort, has successfully completed his PhD!

Under the supervision of Terry Moore, James Pinchin and Robert Houghton, Ahmed’s PhD research is entitled Using Personal Data to Configure Navigation Support for Blind and Partially Sighted People.

Currently, Ahmed is a lecturer at the Geomatics Engineering Department at Salahaddin University-Erbil in Iraq. His expertise lies in the PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) sector, and he is keen to explore research opportunities that integrate PNT with human factors and related fields. He is also interested in collaborating on innovative and impactful projects.
